Audit reports
This page contains links to the findings of the Public Records Act 2005 audit programme. The audit programme reports on the information management maturity level of the audited organisation and gives recommendations for improvement of its information management.
For each audited organisation, an independent auditor produces a report. This report is accompanied by an audit letter from the Chief Archivist, commenting on the audit report and prioritising the recommendations given in the report.
Audit reports are grouped by the annual cohort which is based on the financial year. Occasionally a release is delayed. The delayed report is still grouped with its annual cohort, even if it is released in the next financial year.
