Te Puna Rua Collaboration (TPRC)
This workstream will identify collaboration opportunities and support the development of new ways of working for Archives NZ, National Library and Ngā Taonga
Delivery of the Tāhuhu property solutions: Heke Rua Archives (HRA), Heke Puna Library (HPL) and Regional Shared Repository (RSR), offer the ideal opportunity to explore co-located and collaborative new ways of working for Archives New Zealand, National Library and Ngā Taonga Sound & Vision.
TPRC scope includes the people, partnering, policy and process elements of Tāhuhu. TPRC will work with Archives New Zealand National Library and Ngā Taonga Sound & Vision to support the development of a customer-focused shared future vision and identify collaborative opportunities for the organisations.
TPRC will ensure key components of the Tāhuhu Programme are aligned with the mandates, strategies, and priorities of the Archives NZ, National Library, and Ngā Taonga Sound & Vision.
